✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

    • All registrations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit

    • Standard Booths: $875 per 10x10 booth

    • Silver Booths: $1000 per 10x10 booth

    • Silver Endcap Booths: $2000 per 10x20 booth

    • Gold Booths: $1425 per 10x10 booth

    • Gold Endcap Booth: $2850 per 10x20 booth

    • Companies who are not members of Rochester Area Builders pay an annual non-member fee of $350

    • Cancellations must be made in writing.

    • All cancellations must be received by November 18, 2024 to receive a 50% refund of the total booth rental fee.

    • No refund will be made for space that is unused during the Show.

    • In the event that the Mayo Civic Center shuts down due to a resurgence of the pandemic, booth cost will be refunded.

  • After signing an agreement and registering for a booth, we will need a certificate of liability insurance (that goes through the last day of the show) as well as the completed State of MN, ST-19 form.

  • Signs, displays, or banners must be kept within the confines of each booth. The dimensions of multiple booths will be taped off prior to set up. All sides of your booth exposed to the adjacent booth or to the public must be finished by Thursday evening or you will be charged by Majestic Events the cost of having the walls draped.

  • You are required to staff your booth during exhibit hours.

    Subletting of booth space is NOT allowed. The booth will be advertised by the name that is on the contract. Cancellations received after Nov. 18, 2022 will not receive any refund.
